To reset your password please submit either your username or your email address below. Please note any letters in usernames should always be lower case.
Email addresses are case sensitive. Usually this will be in the format Firstname.Secondname@example.com but you may need to try different combinations in order to match your email as it is stored in the system.
If your username is not found please try searching by email and vice versa. If you have a myLeaning account you should be able to reset your own password so if your details are not found initially please try multiple possibilities until successful.
If you had an account with an external provider and have recently transferred into the organisation please try both username possibilities as the external account you had may still be valid.
Once an account is found an email will be sent to your email address, with instructions how to get access again.
